Europeans 2010: 108th out of 132 teams. This is at 81% of the fleet as opposed to 93% in Rio just half a year ago. And this competition was stronger. We are better.

After 77th place yesterday we are at the 111th position. Today is the last race and our chance to place among first hundred. Great photo at the finnish of the race number 4 (click on the link) - we were fighting for the 100th position after 3 hours of racing. This sport is wonderful!!

Europeans 2010, Viareggio: After not finishing the first race yesterday due to collision with another boat, we came 68th out of 132 boats. The wind was extremely light, shifty and the race was long - 6 hours on the sea and sun.

At the Europeans, the biggest Star Class gathering in the history. Our boat is leaking and the weather is beautiful!

Coppa Tito Nordio, so far our best result in Europe (remember that famous third place at Taka Darke de Matas in Rio de Janeiro in January?). What is even more important was customary hospitality of our hosts in Adriaco Yacht Club - makes me look forward to come back to Trieste. We had a great time!

Start of the Regata di Apertura last week in Trieste. This was 20 knots. We came second at 40-45 knots of wind

Sailing for the whole week in Trieste bay, with Trieste Star Class Fleet, in the most hospitable Sailing Club Adriaco, we were led by one of the most remarkable figures of the World Star Class sailing Comandante Franco de Denaro, fair wind every day, sun, Mediterranean, friends.... Celebration of life and sailing!!! And yes, there are no pictures.
